We have a variety of high quality papers (glossy, opaque, Canson, among others) and in different weights. Each map has its own characteristics in its description. None of our products include framing.
We ship them in a thick Kraft envelope with a bubble bag and they arrive in perfect condition.

Shipments take 3-5 business days (Express) or up to 10 days (Normal) and are dispatched by Correos Chile Express, the postman goes twice to the indicated address, otherwise he returns the product to the nearest branch where it remains for 5 days in a row, if the client does not make the withdrawal, then the product returns to the sender, Branch of Origin. Then it is the client who must pay the value of the forwarding. We also make shipments to any country in the world, prior quote.

Returns
Our return policy for the product(s) lasts 10 days. These must be in the same condition that you received it along with your proof of purchase. Send us an email to patriciavonderhundt@tourmaps.cl and send your item(s) to: Bernardo O'Higgins 595 office 205 Puerto Montt CL 5480000.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your order and that your refund has been approved or denied. If 10 days have passed since your purchase we cannot offer you a refund.

Changes
We only replace items that are defective or damaged in transit or shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to patriciavonderhundt@tourmaps.cl and send your item to: Bernardo O'Higgins 595 office 205 Puerto Montt CL 5480000.

Shipment
To return your product, you must send it by mail to: Bernardo O'Higgins 595 office 205 Puerto Montt CL 5480000.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
