What material and what are the characteristics of the maps?
We have a variety of high quality papers (glossy, opaque, Canson, among others) and in different weights. Each map has its own characteristics in its description.
All are unframed.
We ship them in a thick Kraft envelope with a bubble bag and they arrive in perfect condition.
How long do shipments take?
What does the purchase include?
- Each collection brings one more tree to Earth. We will send a certificate from Fundación Reforestemos to you and to other people who are contributing to reforestation in Chile indicating the coordinates where the tree has been planted.
- Per tree includes the plant, its storage, transfer, forestry operation and the installation of protectors, whether individual or hexagonal fences.
What are the payment methods?
You can pay through the shopping cart and you can choose the payment method that suits you best, Credit, Debit or Bank Transfer.

Let's Reforest Patagonia Foundation
Fundación Reforestemos is the largest native reforestation initiative in the history of Chile. It is a non-profit citizen movement that manages public and private support to organize initiatives that contribute to the care, education, recovery and appreciation of our country's natural heritage.
Reforestation Plan
The main partner in this project is the National Forestry Corporation (CONAF). The trees are planted by a forestry team, divided into planting crews made up of a forester, a forester, three line markers or markers, nine planters, and trained volunteers.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your order and that your refund has been approved or denied. You will have to pay the shipping costs. If 10 days have passed since your purchase we cannot offer you a refund.
Changes
We only replace items that are defective or damaged in transit or shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to patriciavonderhundt@tourmaps.cl and send your item to: Bernardo O'Higgins 595 office 205 Puerto Montt CL 5480000.
Shipment
To return your product, you must send it by mail to: Bernardo O'Higgins 595 office 205 Puerto Montt CL 5480000.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
